Can I return my items? (UK customers)

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we operate an easy returns policy. You have 30 days to send your item back.

We ask you follow these simple rules. We can only process your return provided that the:

  • Items are unworn and undamaged
  • Items still have the Insadesign tags attached
  • Items returned must be in their display box and which must also be in good condition

We have arranged a very easy returns process for our customers. You can return your order using the pre-printed Royal Mail 48 Track Returns label found inside your parcel. If you didn’t receive a returns label inside your parcel, you can create one on the Royal Mail website by clicking here. Simply print off the label and attach it to the parcel; take your parcel to any post office counter and ask for a certificate of postage from the post office if you’re not already given one.

Using this method will costs you £2.99. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

If the item is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent, there will be no charge for your return.

Once received, we will endeavour to process the refund within 5 working days. Although refunds are processed within 5 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for the refundable balance to appear within your bank account – this time period is dictated by your bank and is out of our control.

Can I return my items? (Europe/Rest of the World customers)

Polite note to all our International customers – currently we are unable to offer a pre-printed return shipping service for orders outside UK. If you decide to send your item back for a refund, the cost for sending the item back will be at your expense.

If you are not in Europe, we also ask that you write very clearly on the outside of the parcel that they are “Returned Goods” so that we do not incur customs charges. In the event that we do get a customs charge, we will allow the item to be returned to you.

You as the customer are liable for the parcel whilst it is on its journey back to us. We always advise using trackable, signed-for service. This way, in the event where we do not receive your parcel, you will be able to make a claim with the postal services.

We do not inform the customers when we receive the items back to our office, only once the item has been opened and the refund processed. Please use your tracking number as assurance we have received your return.

Can I exchange an item?

Please be aware we don’t do exchanges at Insadesigns. Should you wish to swap an item for a different size, you will have to go through our return process. Once we receive it, we will issue a refund. You will then have to place a new order for the new item.

My Item is faulty/wrong

Once you received your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at info@insadesign.com and if damaged: send a picture of the damaged item, then please print a returns label and post the item back Free of Charge.

Please be careful when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc. Do NOT leave marks or scents on the items. Insadesigns reserves the right to refuse and return items which are used or soiled. This does not affect your statutory rights.
